The IWS weighing system was successfully used for weighing of the Frigg TCP2 MSF frame in April 2007

The offshore weighing was carried out in cooperation with the main Frigg
decommissioning contractor Aker Kvaerner Offshore Partner.
The main purpose of the weighing was to verify the MSF total weight and COG
prior to removal and lift off with Saipem S7000.
The total weight was 9225 Tonnes
All weighing equipment was installed by use of man handling only.

The weighing operation was witnessed by Det Norske Veritas and monitored by London Offshore Consultants
